YOUR TASKS

• Timely and quality-compliant processing of orders along the entire mailroom process (scanning, categorization, indexing, archiving, storage, and destruction)
• Independent control and monitoring of orders including compliance with deadlines, quantities, and defined service levels (SLA)
• Conducting research as well as processing and responding to customer inquiries
• Ensuring data quality and performing quality controls in daily business
• Maintaining statistics and accurate time reporting
• Compliance with all process requirements, compliance guidelines, and data protection regulations
• Participation in process optimization and documentation of workflows
• Ensuring smooth operations including operation, maintenance, and simple servicing of the devices used
• Collaboration with internal interfaces and support in projects

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial training (KV EFZ) or comparable qualification
• Initial experience in document management or archiving is an advantage
• Good IT user skills (MS Office, databases)
• Very good German skills (C1/C2), French is an advantage
• Structured and precise way of working
• Resilient and efficient under high workload
• Team player with service orientation
• Clean criminal and debt enforcement record
• Flexibility in working hours
