To strengthen our LLSME team in Zurich, we are looking for a

(Senior) Mandate Manager LLSME (80–100%)

Your main responsibilities

• Active support and advice for corporate clients with a focus on liability and property insurance (specialist and client support functions) in the domestic sector
• Maintenance and expansion (cross-selling) of the assigned client base, conducting regular client meetings and presentations
• Building trusting relationships with decision-makers in client companies
• Independent advising of clients on coverage concepts and developing innovative insurance solutions in collaboration with our specialist teams
• Support in claims handling and risk management topics
• Conducting and accompanying tenders as well as contract and portfolio analyses
• Active participation in the preparation and presentation of proposals for RfPs and client-specific solution concepts
• Collaboration in cross-functional project teams for the continuous development of our services and processes
• Maintenance and expansion of the partner network (insurers) as well as updating internal information systems
• Representation of Aon at networking events and client functions, including active development and maintenance of personal relationship networks
• If suitable and interested: taking on mandates in smaller international business and gradually building corresponding expertise

Your profile

• Completed insurance-specific or business management education and training (e.g. Swiss federal insurance specialist certificate, insurance economist HF or university of applied sciences degree), with a focus on property and casualty insurance
• Experience in advising and supporting SME clients
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; French is an advantage
• High degree of initiative, service-oriented personality

• Ability to communicate at C-level or willingness to acquire this skill

• Analytical thinking, structured as well as goal- and result-oriented working style
• Strong client and solution orientation as well as persuasiveness
• Independent working as well as teamwork in agile teams and projects
• Negotiation skills and experience in tenders are a plus
