Would you like to work in a dynamic company in job sharing and become part of a committed team? The Integrated Addiction Support Winterthur, jointly managed by the City of Winterthur and the Integrated Psychiatry Winterthur – Zurich Lowlands, offers you the opportunity to take on exciting, varied and meaningful tasks. As the first point of contact for our patients and professionals, you will perform the following tasks from autumn 2026 or by arrangement:Your Tasks
- Telephone service including receiving and processing registrations including triage
- Patient administration and correction of specialist reports
- Administrative support for management and therapists
- Assistance with medication dispensing
- Maintaining lists, compiling data
- Managing and further developing administrative processes in consultation with management and team
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training and ideally several years of professional experience in healthcare
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good IT user skills (common Office programmes, SAP)
- You are a team player, which also includes willingness to work extra hours during the secretariat colleague’s holiday absence
- Efficient, precise and service-oriented working style
- Independent and proactive, capable of managing and further developing administrative processes
- Responsible, resilient, flexible and communicative personality
