For our base in Zurich, we are looking for committed and motivated police officers who want to dedicate themselves to an exciting and varied position. Night and weekend work is additionally compensated - for example, with 16 francs per hour for Sunday work. For night shifts, you also receive time bonuses between 10 and 30%. This means you have more free time than employees without night and weekend shifts. • As a police officer of the SBB Transport Police, you ensure safety, calm and order nationally with over 190 colleagues at stations and on public transport of various transport companies.
• You provide uniformed and also plainclothes presence in transport vehicles, at stations and on the premises of transport companies.
• In doing so, you contribute to the protection and safety of our travellers and public transport staff.
• With police interventions, also together with partner organisations, you take responsibility for safety and order.
• Exciting challenges also include deployments on event trains and at major events in the Swiss operational area.

• You are a service-oriented, open and engaging personality, as you are in daily contact with our customers.
• Teamwork is the key to success with us. You are a team player and look forward to working in a team.
• You have the federal professional certificate Police Officer I and bring good police tactical and technical knowledge.
• Very good oral and written expression in the German language characterises you. Knowledge of a second national language is an advantage.
• You also bring good IT and administrative skills, which you can use in a goal-oriented manner.
