• Experience in managing and motivating a team, preferably in retail or hospitality
• An inspiring, communicative, and sales-oriented personality
• You feel completely comfortable in a dynamic and constantly evolving work environment.
• You enjoy physical work, have a "hands-on" mentality, and lead by example.
• You are ready to take co-responsibility for your branch and its results.
• You have the ability to stay calm and focused on your goals, even in stressful situations.
• You are flexible and ready to work on Saturdays.
