The Benedict Education Group is one of the leading internationally active educational institutes in Switzerland with schools in Zurich, Bern, Lucerne, and St. Gallen. Its broad educational portfolio covers various areas: from languages and commerce to business and computer science, as well as hotel management, medicine, and health.
To strengthen/expand the Companies and Institutions department, we are looking for a committed and experienced Consultant Clerk Companies & Institutions (100%) at the Benedict Campus Zurich Altstetten.
Your tasks:
- Consulting and supporting existing corporate clients and institutions
- Targeted expansion of long-term customer relationships and partnerships
- Presentation and sale of the educational portfolio including development of tailored training and cooperation concepts
- Preparation of offers, cooperation agreements, and contracts
- Processing and preparation of public and private tenders
- Handling inquiries from interested parties by phone, email, and MS Teams
- Organization, planning, and coordination of educational offerings in coordination with internal departments (language department, marketing, and department management)
- Active cross-location collaboration with teams in Bern, Lucerne, and St. Gallen to ensure optimal customer support
- Participation in the conception and implementation of marketing activities, including newsletters, landing pages, and marketing materials
- Recruitment, introduction, support, and coaching of teachers as well as participation in team development
- Training, coaching, and support of call agents, clerks, field staff, and interns
- Support and deputizing for the head of Companies & Institutions
- Participation in fairs and events
- Organization and coordination of customer events
- Market and competitor observation and derivation of appropriate measures
- Optimization of internal workflows, quality assurance, and ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Maintenance and updating of the CRM system as well as administrative coordination in accounting
- General administrative tasks and organizational support of the department
Your profile:
- Solid basic training with a commercial, sales, or technical focus as well as further education.
- Several years of experience in customer contact, ideally in the educational environment or B2B sector
- Good knowledge of the Swiss education and labor market is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- High customer orientation and independent working style
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems
- Confident German and English skills in spoken and written form
