Tasks

· Preparation of fresh, balanced, and seasonal meals for our residents, employees, external guests, and meal service

· Consideration of individual nutritional needs (diets, texture forms, etc.)

· Plating meals in the residential groups and active exchange with residents about their feedback

· Compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP) and co-responsibility for smooth kitchen operations

· Assistance in training apprentices

· Support for internal and external events

Requirements

· Completed training as a cook EFZ

· Further training as a diet cook or proven professional experience in the field of diet kitchen is an advantage

· Enjoyment in dealing with people, especially older persons

· High degree of responsibility, organizational talent, and ability to work in a team

· Creativity, resilience, and an independent working style

· Good German skills in spoken and written form
