Your Tasks

You care for and treat our patients in oncology - both within the framework of innovative clinical studies (focus Phase I/II) and in "Compassionate Care" programmes. In doing so, you take on a key role in patient counselling.
You pull the strings behind the scenes and coordinate the study-specific processes. From shipping materials to scheduling appointments to professional support during monitoring visits and audits, you have everything under control.
The maintenance of the electronic Investigator Site File (ISF), the precise data entry in the Case Report Forms (online databases), and resolving queries are in the best hands with you.
You communicate with families from various countries (by phone/video) and their treatment teams and organise the creation of second opinions.

Your Profile

You have completed training as a nursing specialist.
You are familiar with the legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements for conducting clinical studies and research projects.
You speak and write German very well and can also communicate well orally and in writing in English.
Your working style is precise and independent.
