Workload: 60% - 100% / Location: Mürren
The Jungfrau Region Tourism AG is looking immediately or by arrangement to complement its team in Mürren with an enthusiastic personality.
Your tasks
- Daily guest contact at the Tourist Center at the front desk
- Daily guest contact by phone, email and other channels
- Sale of tickets, services and offers
- Administration Guest Service
- Support at events and occasions
- Support Content & Marketing Management
Your qualities
- Commercial or tourism training with initial professional experience
- Willingness to work weekends
- Confident German and English skills (& any additional foreign language is an advantage)
- Experience in dealing with guests or the courage to learn how to handle it
- Experienced IT skills (MS Office & Teams)
- Careful, communicative and independent personality
- Team player*in with social skills
