Tasks

Your goal, once you have successfully completed your induction programme, is to manage the Convenience and Meat section? To provide a pleasurable fresh and shopping experience for your customers.
You regularly ensure replenishment so that products are always available. And when the goods are on the shelf, they entice customers to try them.
If your customers have a question or concern, you provide competent and friendly information.
Respect is central to you when leading your future team. This ensures a great atmosphere and impeccable Coop quality.

Completed basic training in retail, as a meat specialist (m/f/d), or several years of experience in the Convenience/Meat sector.
You are familiar with sales and management in a similar role.
You already have product knowledge in the Convenience and Meat area? A great advantage.
You love advising people and sharing your interest in quality products and culinary knowledge.
You have a very good command of German – both spoken and written.
You are flexible regarding working hours.
You find it easy to familiarise yourself with new systems.
