Training and experience:
- Recognized training in human resources (certificate, diploma, or equivalent title),
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in HR processes and personnel management in Switzerland,
- Experience in the institutional world, EMS sector, Geneva health network: an asset,
- Proficiency in MS Office suites and software dedicated to human resources management, other IT tools: GUNTO, PEP,
- Mastery of payroll processing,
- Communication skills (oral and written).
