Responsibilities

• Independent setup, operation and monitoring of CNC milling machines (3-/5-axis)
• Programming and optimisation of CNC programmes (Siemens)
• Manufacture of individual parts and small to medium series according to technical drawings
• Selection, preparation and change of tools
• Monitoring of manufacturing processes and ensuring dimensional and shape accuracy - Performing quality checks with common measuring instruments
• Maintenance and care of machines as well as troubleshooting minor faults
• Compliance with safety, quality and deadline requirements - Participation in continuous improvement processes

Qualifications

• Completed training as a polymechanic, CNC mechanic, cutting machine operator or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in CNC milling is an advantage
• Good knowledge of reading technical drawings
• Experience with CNC controls - Independent, precise and reliable working style
• High quality and responsibility awareness
• Teamwork and flexibility - Willingness to work shifts
