determination to create a great guest experience? Tasks
  • Active leadership of the kitchen team together with the head chef
  • Representation of the head chef in all matters of operational management
  • Staff planning, training, and further development of employees
  • Continuous control and optimization of kitchen processes and operational workflows
  • Compliance with all relevant regulations regarding hygiene and food safety as well as working hours and occupational safety your profile
  • Several years of experience in a comparable position
  • Completed vocational training as a chef EFZ or similar qualification
  • Sound knowledge of Italian cuisine
  • Very high quality and service orientation
  • You are aware of your role model function and are a resilient personality -
