What makes the role interesting:
- You independently handle daily sickness benefit cases, including verifying entitlement to benefits, resolving outstanding questions, and making payments
- You are in daily contact with employers, insured persons, service providers, and other insurance companies
- You participate in professional discussions within the team and contribute to the continuous development of the daily sickness benefits area
What you bring:
- You have a commercial basic education.
- You are interested in social insurances, ideally have experience in this field and/or have pursued professional development in this area.
- You communicate confidently in German. Additionally, you have good French skills (B2).
- You are an organised, proactive person ready to continuously develop your skills in your field. You enjoy working both in a team and independently with responsibility.
- You are dynamic and flexible and know how to build a trusting relationship with various contacts.

What makes the position particularly interesting and stimulating:
- You autonomously manage daily sickness benefit files, including examining entitlement to benefits, clarifying outstanding questions, and making payments.
- You are in daily contact with our insured persons, various providers, and social institutions.
- You participate in technical discussions within the team and contribute to the continuous development of the daily sickness benefits area.
What you bring to HOTELA:
- You have a basic commercial education.
- You are interested in social insurances, ideally have already gained experience in this field and/or have undertaken professional continuing education in this sector.
- You communicate fluently in German and also have good knowledge of French (B2).
- You are an organised, proactive person ready to continuously train in your field of activity. You are capable of working both in a team and independently.
- Dynamic and flexible, you are comfortable in human contacts and know how to create a trusting relationship with your various interlocutors.
