Your tasks
- Inspiring and authentic leadership of the Premium Clients desk in Private Banking with full professional, leadership, and result responsibility
- Promoting a trusting, learning-oriented, and customer-centered team culture
- Ensuring consistent goal orientation as well as targeted personnel development through active coaching, mentoring, and constructive performance management
- Active, holistic, and needs-oriented advice for demanding clients in your own portfolio and its development and expansion, as well as providing strong guidance for employees in managing their client portfolios
- Representing the bank to clients, partners, and the public, as well as active participation in bank projects, client events, and strategic initiatives
- Supporting the department management in strategic matters and actively contributing to the further development of the leadership culture
Our requirements
- Completed banking and/or business administration education or training (e.g., HF, FH, university)
- Several years of successful experience in client advisory in Private Banking with own portfolio (acquisition, client development, client retention)
- Proven leadership experience or clear ambition to take on a modern leadership role characterized by coaching, employee development, authentic presence, and result responsibility
- In-depth knowledge of investment and securities business as well as financing, pension, tax, and succession planning
- Very good market knowledge of the Zug economic region and surrounding areas as well as an active network in the target clientele
- Empathetic, inspiring, and trustworthy personality with a strong sales flair and high customer orientation
- Self-understanding for performance, development, and team spirit
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, combined with conceptual strength and pronounced sense of responsibility
- Confident German and good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
