Types of fraud are constantly evolving, and with them grows the importance of effective fraud prevention. Are you ready to help build a new Fraud Services team from the ground up and actively shape the future of Fraud Management at Valiant?
You will
- lead the Fraud Services team both professionally and personally, ensuring the achievement of quality and quantity targets
- actively participate in shaping and defining the establishment of the new Fraud Services team from the outset
- be responsible for and contribute to the operational day-to-day business in Fraud Management
- ensure compliance with regulations, uniform processes, standards, and risk mitigation measures, as well as their optimisation in the area of Fraud Management
- manage collaboration with relevant stakeholders such as Digital Banking, Product Management, Legal, and CISO to ensure smooth information flow
- work closely with Risk Owners, prepare and present status and risk reports, and represent Valiant Bank in projects and specialist committees related to fraud
You bring
- an appropriate education at university or university of applied sciences level
- proven leadership experience in a similar role
- comprehensive know-how in Fraud Management, preferably from the financial services sector
- expertise in regulatory requirements, especially FINMA guidelines
- a strong analytical and conceptual mindset, result orientation, and excellent communication skills
- fluent French and conversational English skills
- high motivation to actively shape and further develop the area of Fraud Management
- confident and persuasive demeanour as well as assertiveness
