As the Digitalisation and ICT department, we provide comprehensive IT and project services. Our employees advise, support and accompany the specialist departments with the aim of ensuring a secure, efficient and customer-oriented ICT operation.

Your tasks
For the further development of our ICT Onsite Support team, we are looking for a committed and experienced leader. Together with your team, you ensure professional, customer-oriented on-site support for our users and contribute significantly to continuously improving the service quality and perception of ICT in the hospital.

• Personnel, professional and organisational leadership of the Onsite Support team
• Ensuring professional, customer- and service-oriented on-site support for the clinical and administrative areas of Kantonsspital Aarau AG
• Coordination and prioritisation of the Onsite Support team’s deployments as well as ensuring demand-oriented resource planning
• Ensuring high quality in incident, request and escalation management within the area of responsibility
• Experience in the use of service management tools as well as in data-driven control and continuous development of support processes using KPIs
• Close cooperation with the ICT Service Desk and the teams for infrastructure, application management, medical technology and other ICT specialist areas for efficient handling of complex faults and service requests
• Promotion and further development of knowledge management as well as ensuring up-to-date and high-quality support documentation
• Participation in ICT projects and ensuring the operational introduction of new solutions and services

Your profile

• Several years of leadership experience and enjoyment in leading and developing employees
• Several years of professional experience in ICT support or workplace environment, ideally in healthcare
• Further training in IT, service management or leadership (HF/FH or equivalent) is an advantage
• Very good knowledge in workplace services, hardware and software, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, end devices and peripherals
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• High service and customer orientation as well as enjoyment in direct contact with users
• Strong communication skills and confident appearance towards specialist departments, medical staff, nursing and management
• Strong team spirit and enjoyment in cross-departmental collaboration
