Tasks
- Conduct training sessions for our sales partners to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Support advisors with their inquiries as a competent contact person.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders internally and externally.
Skills
- Experience in sales and partner management, especially in healthcare.
- Strong communication skills in German; additional languages are a plus.
- Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently in a dynamic setting.

About the job
What you will achieve:
- Conducting training sessions for our sales partners and ensuring the transfer of knowledge about our products and processes and their correct application
- Supporting and assisting consultants with their questions as a competent contact person
- Maintaining and building relationships with stakeholders – both internal and external – as a reliable, competent contact person.
- Actively developing partnerships to create a solid foundation for long-term, successful collaborations
- Analysing partner performance and deriving targeted measures for continuous development
Why you will succeed:
- In addition to solid experience in sales, you know how to convince and retain customers and partners in the long term
- You bring experience in the partner area, whether in building, maintaining, or developing partnerships, and already have knowledge in health care or health insurance
- You take initiative where needed, your hands-on mentality makes you a driving force in the team, and you work independently, solution-oriented, and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment
- You communicate fluently in German both orally and in writing; any additional language is a plus
