Your tasks with us:
- You lead the department with 24 residents, about 18 employees, and 3 trainees
- You support your team in professional development and strengthen their competencies
- You have an open ear for the needs of our residents and their relatives
- According to the duty roster, you take on the daily or house responsibility as needed
- You ensure uniform care and work methods and implement them actively
- You professionally support the care needs assessments (RAI-NH)
- You are responsible for your cost center
- You are not too shy to pitch in yourself: about 20% of your time you directly support your team in care
What you bring with you:
- A qualification as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or FH
- Ideally, leadership experience and a talent for inspiring and motivating people
- Experience in long-term care and working with RAI-NH
- Decisiveness, resilience, and a pronounced customer-oriented and economic mindset
