For our client, an established Swiss industrial company, we are looking for a reliable, practically minded and technically skilled individual as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic 80-100% (m/f).
In this versatile role, you will look after production plants, machines and technical operational equipment. You will ensure that faults are quickly rectified, maintenance is carried out thoroughly and systems remain reliably available.
- Analysis and rectification of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic faults
- Execution of planned maintenance work according to the maintenance schedule
- Participation in overhauls, conversions, installations and technical optimisations
- Conducting functional tests, adjustments and technical inspections
- Identifying weaknesses and contributing improvement measures
- Collaboration with production, engineering, quality assurance and external service providers
- Documentation of completed work and technical findings
- Compliance with safety, quality and operational regulations
- Experience in maintenance, operational upkeep, assembly, repair or technical maintenance is an advantage
- Good understanding of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and industrial systems
- Electrical knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to understand technical drawings, schematics and documentation
- Independent, thorough and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of practical work, fault finding and technical improvements
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to work day shifts or shift work, depending on the area of deployment

Profile
- Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, operational mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, construction machinery mechanic, plant and apparatus builder or comparable technical education- Experience in maintenance, operational upkeep, assembly, repair or technical maintenance is an advantage
- Good understanding of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and industrial systems
