Your Missions:
Integrated within the VM team of our Fashion points of sale in Geneva, you are a true guardian of the boutique’s image, participating in the staging of collections with the VM team.
You ensure that the display and windows always comply with the guidelines through your daily eye: informing, replacing, repositioning and adding missing products if necessary. Every detail counts.
You work upstream with the VM team on the preparations for In-store scenography rotations.
You participate in In-store rotations and window display changes.
You ensure that product labelling complies with visual rules.
You communicate any display zone changes to the sales teams if necessary.
You listen to the needs of the boutique teams to help optimise sales.
You communicate spontaneously with the VM team, sharing photos of your changes, requests from floor managers…
You participate in setting up VM animation installations within the boutique.
You participate in managing price displays.
You participate in tidying the VM stock, its inventory and tracking deliveries of VM tools.
Visual Merchandising work on all product lines and application of merchandising rules in line with image expectations.
Profile sought:
Higher education from schools of Design/Graphics/Styling/VM/Fashion.
You have one or more experiences in Luxury Boutiques, Visual Merchandising and/or Sales.
With a solid fashion culture, you are creative and have a heightened visual sensitivity, as well as a great attention to detail.
You are able to demonstrate concentration, discretion, stress resistance and autonomy.
Your initiative, rigour and agility will be essential to the success of your missions.
You know how to work in a team, show kindness, and adapt to your work environment.
Position conditions:
An internship agreement is mandatory for this position and must meet the following conditions:
- The internship must be planned within your course of study.
- The internship must be necessary for obtaining the degree.
- The internship must be validated by the awarding of study credits.
Position information:
- Contract: full-time internship (100%) and on-site
- Start: 4 January 2027
- Duration: 6 months
- Working days: 5 days per week, mainly Tuesday to Saturday
- Hours: Working hours vary according to VM and boutique needs (early morning and/or late evening).
