Social Media Content Creator (m/f/d) (fixed-term 12 months)
Workload: 80% / Location: Sursee

As a Social Media Content Creator, you conceive and produce creative social-first content for CALIDA's digital channels. With authentic storytelling and a sense for trends and aesthetics, you strengthen our social media presence and bring our brand to life digitally. Your area of responsibility
- You develop creative content ideas, storytelling approaches and recurring social media formats that fit CALIDA and our community
- From the idea to the finished asset: you conceive, produce and edit social-first content – especially reels, short videos, stories as well as photo and motion content
- You translate our brand values and campaigns into platform-specific content and ensure a consistent look & feel as well as tone of voice
- You actively contribute your know-how and trend awareness to the further development of our content, visual and tone-of-voice guidelines
- You are responsible for editorial and content planning as well as publishing on our relevant social media platforms
- You stay close to our community and take on community management
- You observe trends and platform developments, test new formats and analyse content performance to derive learnings and optimisation measures
- Together with influencer marketing, PR and marketing campaigning, you ensure a coordinated and effective brand presence
What is important to us
- You bring several years of professional experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing – ideally in a company or agency
- You have a strong sense for visual storytelling, aesthetics and social-first content and know what works on different platforms
- You have experience in conceiving and producing reels, short-form videos and social media assets and can ideally provide us with a portfolio or references to give insight into your work
- You are confident in handling relevant social media platforms and know their mechanics, trends and best practices
- You bring experience in video editing and content production and work confidently with the Adobe Creative Suite or comparable tools
- You are creative, trend-aware and hands-on, work in a structured way and enjoy collaborating in a team
- You have very good German and English skills and a confident sense for target group- and channel-appropriate communication
