Paramedical Administrative Assistant (50% – Permanent Contract – Remote Work)

Founded in 2022, Novi Diet is a company specialised in outpatient dietary care. Our team supports patients with various issues through a modern approach.

As part of the development of our activity, we are looking for a paramedical administrative assistant at 50% on a permanent contract (CDI).

The position is entirely remote. Depending on the evolution of the role and the needs of the company, partial presence at our Lausanne offices and an increase in the activity rate may be discussed.

Main Activity

You will play a central role in the smooth administrative functioning of our company. Your main tasks will notably include:

• Managing the telephone switchboard and handling emails
• Taking charge of invoicing and preliminary accounting entries
• Ensuring the administrative follow-up of work hour sheets and salary slips
• Creating, filing and updating the company’s administrative documents
• Participating in various administrative tasks contributing to the smooth running of the business

Profile Sought

• Training as a commercial employee, medical or paramedical administrative assistant, or equivalent training
• Fluency in French and ability to communicate in English (minimum B2 level)
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Comfortable with IT tools and new technologies
• Used to handling confidential data with discretion and professionalism
• Interest in the health and dietetics field
• Experience in the medical or paramedical field is an asset
