Production Mechanic - Specialisation Heat Treatment 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Operating, setting up and monitoring heat treatment systems (e.g. hardening, tempering, annealing)

• Ensuring process stability as well as compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements

• Loading and unloading the systems as well as preparing the workpieces

• Carrying out and documenting quality and process controls

• Detecting, analysing and resolving malfunctions

• Contributing to the optimisation of production processes

• Adhering to orderliness, cleanliness and occupational safety guidelines

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a Production Mechanic EFZ, Polymechanic EFZ or comparable qualification

• Ideally experience in heat treatment or in a metalworking production environment

• Technical understanding and a strong quality awareness

• Independent, careful and reliable working style

• Team player, resilient and flexible

• Good German language skills, spoken and written

• Willingness to work shifts
