About the job
The Hotel Uzwil, a leading 4-star business hotel in the heart of Eastern Switzerland, offers 43 modern guest rooms, a restaurant with 80 seats, various small lounges with 6 to 12 seats, as well as a large hall with up to 55 seats. The over 45 Uze Apartments as well as the Hotel Schäfli with 15 stylish guest rooms are also part of Hotel Uzwil. It is centrally located, the train station on the IC route Zurich-St.Gallen is a one-minute walk from the hotel.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement:

Your area of responsibility with us
In this varied role, you primarily support our kitchen team in the hot kitchen, but you can also be deployed in other stations if needed. As a warm and reliable personality, you enjoy working seasonally, fresh, and with products from the region. You are resilient even under high workloads and enjoy your work. Clean and efficient work while adhering to HACCP guidelines is a matter of course for you.
What you bring
You have completed training as a cook EFZ and are a communicative, team-oriented, and independent person for whom responsible work in the team and with our products is a matter of course. You have excellent German skills in spoken and written form and are characterized by your flexibility, resilience, organizational talent, as well as your friendly and well-groomed appearance.
