Technical Support Engineer 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

The Business Unit Robotics develops, produces and markets pipetting robots to automate liquid handling processes for the pharmaceutical, food industry, and cell or DNA research sectors.

Job Description:
- Technical advice and support for our worldwide organisation
- Remote or on-site investigation and resolution of complex technical issues
- Close collaboration with numerous internal departments (R&D, Product Life Cycle, Product Management, Production, etc.)
- Link and main contact person for concerns and questions from our external partners
- Coordination and handling of customer complaints and support requests
- Active participation in projects, definition and supervision of processes
- Establishment and monitoring of data analyses
- Support of new products, responsible for knowledge transfer to partners
- Provision of service procedures, documentation, spare parts as well as training and service concepts
- Organisation and conduct of training for internal and external partners
- Maintenance and expansion of the knowledge base
- On-site support worldwide
- Willingness to travel up to 20%

- Training as an engineer (preferably electronic / mechanical)
- Understanding to comprehend and explain complex technical matters
- Solution- and service-oriented working is a matter of course for you
- Flexible and communicative personality with independent and reliable working style
- Good German and English skills; additional foreign languages (F/I) are an advantage
