Technical Support Engineer 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

The Business Unit Robotics develops, produces and markets pipetting robots to automate liquid handling processes for the pharmaceutical, food industry, and cell or DNA research sectors.

This is what you can achieve:

Job Description:

• Technical advice and support for our worldwide organisation
• Remote or on-site investigation and resolution of complex technical issues
• Close collaboration with numerous internal departments (R&D, Product Life Cycle, Product Management, Production, etc.)
• Link and main contact person for concerns and questions from our external partners
• Coordination and handling of customer complaints and support requests
• Active participation in projects, definition and supervision of processes
• Establishment and monitoring of data analyses
• Support of new products, responsible for knowledge transfer to partners
• Provision of service procedures, documentation, spare parts as well as training and service concepts
• Organisation and conduct of training for internal and external partners
• Maintenance and expansion of the knowledge base
• On-site support worldwide
• Willingness to travel up to 20%

This is what you bring with you:

• Training as an engineer (preferably electronic / mechanical)
• Understanding to comprehend and explain complex technical matters
• Solution- and service-oriented working is a matter of course for you
• Flexible and communicative personality with independent and reliable working style
• Good German and English skills; additional foreign languages (F/I) are an advantage
