ZurichYour Tasks
- You assist the educational professionals in implementing lessons in various subjects (German as a second language / literacy, mathematics, computer lessons, general education).
- You are involved in the development and correction of tests in the different subjects.
- You support the socio-cultural specialists in planning, conducting and evaluating various activities inside and outside the classroom (crafts, design, sports and excursions).
- You promote the participants individually and in small groups.
- You perform operationally relevant and administrative tasks (attendance lists, attendance checks, minutes, statistics, etc.).
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) or Matura as well as additional BP training or started studies
- Ideally experience in teaching
- Solid MS Office skills and excellent German language skills at C2 level
- High social competence, communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Independent, reliable, flexible and resilient personality with transcultural competences

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 75,000 and 95,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
