About the job
In this role, you lead a team of seven employees, are responsible for a sub-area of supervision over institutes and products in asset management, and actively shape the further development of the group.
Main tasks
- Personnel and professional leadership of the linguistically mixed team (DE/FR)
- Promotion and support of employees in day-to-day business as well as in their professional and personal development
- Responsibility for transversal supervision of asset management activities as well as product supervision (investment funds)
- Management of thematic supervision and focus topics
- Coordination of collaboration with internal cross-sectional areas and maintenance of important stakeholder relationships
- Further development of supervisory instruments taking into account national and international developments
Profile
- Completed university degree in law or economics
- At least eight years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector, especially in asset management and personnel management
- Specialist further training, for example CFA, FRM, CAIA or diploma as auditor, advantageous
- Strong conceptual, analytical and communication skills
- Quick comprehension, strong planning and organisational skills, high initiative and intrinsic motivation
- Excellent knowledge of German or French (C2) and very good knowledge (C1) of the other language as well as English (C1)
