About the job
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Key Account Manager for Digital Solutions 100% (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Büren a/A for the whole of Switzerland. Digital solutions include traffic control solutions (including parking guidance systems, bollards & barriers as well as digital signage).
Your tasks
- Customer consulting, customer support, acquiring new customers for digital solutions throughout Switzerland (including Liechtenstein)
- Creating offers and defining technical solutions in coordination with project planning and product management
- Order processing and handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Defining market development measures to achieve sales targets
- Introducing new solutions to the market
- Participation in trade fairs, events, and sales conferences
- Contributing to the strategy for further development of the department
Your profile
- Completed basic training as an electronics technician / automation technician and ideally further training as a technical salesman
- Several years of experience in sales, ideally in key account management
- Strong customer orientation, teamwork, and resilience
- Reliable and independent working style
- Proficient use of Office/CRM is required
- Very good German and ideally good French skills
- Confident appearance, negotiation skills, communication and personality strengths complete your profile
