Team Leader Concierge (a)
Your tasks:
- Organize, process and close work orders and tickets within the given deadlines.
- Perform simple repairs and maintenance work (plumbing, electricity, carpentry, etc.).
- Participate in small repair and improvement projects
- Organize and supervise small relocations and rearrangements of workstations.
- Prepare and set up meeting/conference rooms, assist during events.
- Coordinate the support of external contractors (suppliers, service providers).
- Supervise the maintenance of outdoor facilities (green spaces, snow removal, internal roads).
- Ensure proper sorting and disposal of waste
- Perform and document quality checks related to installations, services and common areas.
- Lead, motivate and support a team of concierges and technicians.
- Plan, distribute and monitor the daily tasks of the team.
- Serve as the main contact point for management and internal clients.
Your profile:
- Federal VET diploma as operations agent, in the building sector or equivalent qualification
- Several years of proven experience in a similar position in the service, facility management or technical sector
- Experience in team management is an advantage
- Native French speaker
- Very good command of common IT tools (MS Office)
- Forklift and aerial work platform license is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation, team spirit and flexibility
