Building Services Planner (m/f/d)

• Support in the planning and realisation of large HVAC projects
• Independent planning and realisation of small projects and repairs
• Organisation and implementation of maintenance measures and troubleshooting
• Designs, processing of R&I diagrams, procurement of technical equipment and installation services, commissioning and handover to operations
• Compliance with and enforcement of legal regulations and internal work instructions as well as standard specifications (HVAC)
• Adherence to and enforcement of quality requirements taking into account safety, cost-effectiveness and availability

• Completed vocational training EFZ as building services planner H/L/K or equivalent
• Experience in planning and execution of HVAC projects in an industrial environment is an advantage
• Independent, solution-oriented personality with a high awareness of quality and costs
• Good communication skills in German (spoken and written) as well as good assertiveness
• Enjoyment of varied activities in different interfaces
