- You take on the professional leadership and training of the support team
- You are responsible for the smooth operation and successful implementation of projects within your customer base
- You continuously maintain and develop your customers' IT infrastructures
- You work conceptually, always with a view to project success and cost control
- You bring solid experience in technical project management as well as customer support.
- You have strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and VMware.
- Analytical thinking and an independent, structured way of working are natural to you.
- Your strong communication skills and fluent German complete your profile.
