Sales Advisor in Shop (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You competently and service-orientedly advise and support craft customers in the specialist shop
• You also assist customers in selecting construction products
• You ensure an appealing product presentation and manage the assortment
• Furthermore, you prepare quotations, process orders, and handle customer enquiries
• Close cooperation with the internal sales department rounds off your area of responsibility

Requirements

• You have a basic training as a retail salesperson with profound knowledge in the field of tools and fittings, ideally from specialist retail
• A trained carpenter or joiner who aims to enter specialist advice or no longer wishes to work in construction is also well suited for this position
• Expertise in construction, crafts, and/or hardware is a great advantage
• Good manners and a professional appearance are essential for this role
• Good German skills, both spoken and written, and sales talent complete your profile
• Do you consider yourself a team player, committed, and solution-oriented?
