Global Distribution & Logistics Coordinator - SAP

Description

• Enter and manage orders in SAP for multiple markets.
• Coordinate product transfers from central distribution platforms to worldwide destinations.
• Manage transfers to internal workshops for storage, shooting, maintenance, or repair activities.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure compliance with international regulations (CITES, CMP, Carnet ATA, etc.).
• Communicate with internal teams and markets regarding timelines, availability, and shipment progress.
• Identify and resolve SAP incidents (SD/MM modules).
• Monitor the accurate and timely execution of all operational flows.
• Maintain up?to?date documentation and follow-up on all transfers.
• Ensure a high level of internal customer service.
• Contribute to process optimization and operational efficiency.

Profile

• Experience in logistics coordination, supply chain operations, or order management.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP (SD/MM preferred).
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
• Autonomous, thorough, and attentive to detail.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem?solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
