Your Mission
- You verify and process service justifications within your area of expertise
- You draft standard correspondence within your area of expertise
- You provide information to insured persons, service providers, agencies, and other internal departments
- You participate in group sessions and individual internal interviews
- You carry out special assignments according to the instructions of the team leader and group leader
- You occasionally prepare simple or standardised requests for the medical advisor (or other specialists)
What You Bring
- You have commercial or paramedical training with experience in health insurance. The federal certificate in health insurance is an advantage
- You have good specialised knowledge in the Tarmed/Tardoc field
- You have good IT skills, excellent French writing skills, and knowledge of languages such as German or English is an advantage
- You have an interest in specific contracts
- Rigor, precision, a sense of responsibility, autonomy, and team spirit are qualities that describe you and will contribute to the high-quality service provided to our clients
