To complement our management team in the Quality & Service area, we are looking for a
Activities
- Setting up workplaces in the production and inspection area
- Ensuring quality requirements in the measurement area and in production
- Organizing and supervising the workflows of employees and trainees
- Participating in the ongoing optimization of processes
- Writing reports and documentation
- Administrative tasks within the area of responsibility
- Conducting training in the quality area as well as in 2D + 3D measurement technology
Requirements
- Basic vocational training with EFZ, quality controller or similar profession
- Experience in managing production departments
- Good MS Office skills
- Social competence and commitment
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Structured, independent and reliable way of working
- Flexible, resilient and team-oriented personality
- Pedagogical training is an advantage or willingness to complete training
