For our client, a successful and innovative manufacturing company in the region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for several motivated and reliable individuals as Plant Operator m/f/d (80%).

You will work exclusively from Friday to Sunday in shift operation and take on an important role in ongoing production.

Job Description

• Operating, monitoring and setting up production equipment
• Ensuring smooth production processes
• Carrying out quality controls according to specifications
• Resolving minor malfunctions and reporting technical problems
• Documenting production data
• Packing, labelling and preparing produced goods
• Adhering to hygiene, quality and safety regulations
• Supporting the team with general production tasks

We Expect

• Completed technical or craft training advantageous
• Experience as a plant operator or in a production environment
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of working with machines
• Quality-conscious and independent working style
• Physical resilience and reliability
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Availability for shifts from Friday to Sunday
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
