OF NURSING & CARE

Your
role
You will shape nursing and care at a central level and
bear the professional,
personnel and organisational responsibility for four nursing departments
, including the
residential group for people with dementia. Together with the ward managers, you will lead and
develop matters relating to nursing, care, quality and collaboration. As
a member of the management team, you will actively shape and develop the future of Bürgerheim.
You bring
the following
skills and experience:
Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH as well as a corresponding
leadership training or willingness to complete oneSeveral years of leadership
and professional experience, ideally in long-term care
Interest / experience in the field of people with dementia
An open and supportive manner and communication with our residents,
their relatives and third partiesA clear, appreciative and committed leadership style
Enjoyment in shaping and interprofessional collaboration
