Financial Controller Industry (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, as a Senior Controller, you take on a central function in the further development of controlling and acquisition activities. You shape financial processes with a high degree of autonomy and contribute to actively shaping the future of the company. You use your experience to analyse complex financial topics thoroughly and prepare decision-making bases transparently. At the same time, you benefit from targeted support for your continuous further education and develop professionally and personally in an international environment. Responsibilities:
You take overall responsibility for operational and strategic controlling according to Swiss standards
You ensure reporting according to OR and further develop it; you also participate in IFRS financial statements (e.g. group reporting)
You prepare and coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual reports as well as budget, forecast and multi-year planning
You analyse variances, margins as well as cost and earnings developments and derive concrete recommendations for action
You build KPIs and management dashboards, maintain and further develop them
You conduct profitability, investment and business case calculations
You work closely with accounting, specialist departments and management and support internal and external audits
Qualifications:
You have a degree in business administration, finance, controlling or a comparable qualification
You bring several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally 5+ years
You have solid experience in cost and performance accounting, planning, budgeting, forecasting as well as financial and management reporting
You are proficient in Excel and an ERP system (e.g. SAP, Abacus, Microsoft Dynamics); experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage
You communicate very well in German and have a good level of English
