YOUR TASKS
- You stand at the table in one of our six operating theatres alongside our surgeons or assist. With empathy, foresight and reliability, you assist in procedures across all disciplines, with a focus on orthopaedics.
- You ensure an optimal daily routine in the assigned operating theatre and prepare the instruments and sterile goods for operations.
- Another key responsibility is ensuring internal and external quality standards, documenting surgical procedures and recording services.
- You understand how to maintain important interfaces between all involved parties (especially surgeons, anaesthetists, anaesthesia nursing staff, positioning nurses and sterilisation staff) to enable as smooth a process as possible for our patients.
YOUR PROFILE
- At least one year of professional experience as a certified Specialist in Surgical Technology HF and solid technical expertise (affinity for orthopaedics).
- You act competently and can quickly adapt if something does not go as originally planned. You know how to set the right priorities under pressure and act accordingly.
- You perform at your best when personal commitment is required. You appreciate initiative and support from your team colleagues and are ready to stand up for them yourself.
- Flexibility and willingness for on-call duties complete your profile.
