- You plan and supervise cantonal courses.
- You ensure alignment between cantonal, regional, and federal training.
- You supervise and support coordinators, trainers, and instructors.
- You represent cantonal training to authorities and partners.
Your profile
- You have recognized training or experience in training engineering, adult education, or safety management.
- You hold a diploma as a firefighter instructor, CSSP, or adult trainer.
- You have proven experience in designing and managing training programs, ideally in civil security or rescue.
- You have several years of experience in managing educational projects.
- You are proficient in French and German.
- You demonstrate leadership, listening skills, and excellent communication abilities.
