We care for our residents and their relatives with professional competence and a great deal of human commitment in often complex situations. Treatment, nursing and care of high quality therefore require specific knowledge in the field of geriatrics as well as individually tailored support in health, social or psychological matters.
That is why our multiprofessional team works closely together. It consists of doctors, nursing professionals, a social worker, activation specialists, therapists and chaplains.

- Organisation and assistance with the care and support of moderately to severely care-dependent residents within the framework of long-term care (34 places) in cooperation with the ward management
- Co-responsibility for the personnel and professional leadership as well as advice for the approximately 30 employees
- Co-responsibility for the implementation of the training mandate on the ward
- Monitoring the economical use of resources
- Taking over the tasks of the ward management in their absence
- Occasional creation of the duty roster in the personnel deployment system (PEP)
- Professional and individual patient care as a key contact person
- Active interprofessional collaboration
- have completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
- have already gained initial leadership experience
- have several years of professional experience in the long-term care sector in Switzerland, especially in geriatrics and palliative care
- are open and motivated for new challenges
- maintain a respectful, appreciative and motivating approach with patients, relatives and the team

As the largest nursing centre in the west of Zurich, we offer a residential home for 126 people in need of care and support. Our comprehensive and interprofessional range of services includes long-term care, rehabilitation, support for people with dementia as well as a day centre. Thanks to the direct connection to the Limmattal acute hospital, medical care is guaranteed around the clock. The Spital Limmattal Nursing Centre is located in the immediate vicinity of the city of Zurich, only three S-Bahn stations from the main station.
