Job description:

Are you a carpenter passionate about precision work and on-site fitting? Would you like to join a well-known placement agency in the Gruyère region and put your expertise at the service of our partner clients? We are actively looking for qualified or experienced fitter carpenters to strengthen our teams in the Canton of Fribourg.

Your main tasks:

• On-site fitting: Rigorous installation of interior and exterior joinery (doors, windows, kitchen fittings, parquet flooring, panelling, etc.).

• Plan reading: Interpretation of technical plans to ensure installation meets expectations.

• Versatility: Ability to carry out custom touch-ups and adjustments directly on site.

• Client relations: Represent our agency and partner companies professionally during your interventions at clients’ premises.

• Safety: Ensure strict compliance with safety instructions on construction sites.

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a carpenter or an equivalent qualification (CAP, journeyman, etc.).
• You have solid experience in on-site fitting (windows, doors, kitchens, fittings).
• You are autonomous, meticulous and have a good team spirit.
• You have a personal vehicle and ideally your own basic tools.
• You have an excellent understanding of quality finishing expectations.
