What is my role?

• Setup and conversion of production equipment

• Monitoring and optimisation of process parameters

• Coordination and guidance of the production team

• Ensuring quality and safety standards

• Conducting quality controls

• Troubleshooting minor faults

• Deadline tracking in coordination with planning

What do I need to be successful?

• Production mechanic, polymechanic with federal certificate of competence (EFZ)

• Experience in setting up and operating equipment

• Knowledge of production processes and quality assurance

• Leadership skills and assertiveness

• Organisational talent and structured working method

• Self-responsibility and reliability

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Flexibility for 2-shift work

• Ideally experience in staff management

• Advantageous: knowledge of ERP or planning systems
