For our client, a technically oriented company with customised manufacturing solutions, we are looking for an organised and technically skilled individual who enjoys coordinating orders while simultaneously implementing their own designs.
This versatile role combines work preparation and production planning with around 50% design. You ensure that technical orders are properly prepared, implemented on time, and clearly processed for production. At the same time, you apply your CAD skills in the development and adaptation of individual solutions.
- Planning and preparation of manufacturing orders for internal production
- Creating and adapting 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings
- Developing manufacturing documents and production-relevant documentation
- Checking technical requirements and clarifying open points
- Creating and maintaining parts lists and order-related data
- Coordination of materials, deadlines, and internal production steps
- Liaison with production, purchasing, and other internal contacts
- Accompanying orders from technical clarification to completion
- Supporting the optimisation of workflows and production processes
- Collaborating on customised technical solutions
- Gradually taking on more customer contact and technical clarifications
- Assuming own projects and additional responsibility with appropriate development
- Experience in AVOR, work preparation, technical clerical work, or design
- Good knowledge of a 3D CAD system, ideally SolidWorks
- Technical understanding and good spatial imagination
- Strong organisational talent and enjoyment in coordinating various tasks
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Good communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with different departments
- Practical and solution-oriented mindset
- Interest in professional development and taking on more responsibility in the future
- Fluent German language skills

Profile
- Completed technical basic training, for example as a designer, polymechanic, plant and apparatus builder, or comparable- Experience in AVOR, work preparation, technical clerical work, or design
- Good knowledge of a 3D CAD system, ideally SolidWorks

- Strong organisational talent and enjoyment in coordinating various tasks
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
