What to expect
- Independent medical and insurance-related review (WZW, coding) of selected DRG, TARPSY and STReha invoices
- Execution of invoice objections and corrections as well as correspondence with service providers
- Personnel and professional leadership of the 9-member inpatient services team
- Ensuring service processing and target achievement (focus on SwissDRG, hospital VVG)
- Optimization of service processing and administration processes
- Maintenance of internal and external interfaces and co-responsibility in projects
- Process creation, monitoring and optimization within the team
What you bring
- Experience as a coder in hospital or health insurance sector
- High leadership and social skills (several years of leadership experience desirable)
- Proactive and optimistic approach
- Very good MS Office skills
