- Planning and implementation of program content in musical, practical life, and productive areas;
- Performing nursing activities as needed;
- Development and production of own products;
- Supervision of interns and trainees within the group;
- Precise written documentation and record keeping;
- Interdisciplinary collaboration.

- Good IT user skills as well as very good German language skills in speaking and writing;
- Resilience, independence, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.
