Starting February 2027, we are recruiting a Quality Engineer Intern. If you have an eye for detail and a demand for excellence, and wish to contribute to ensuring impeccable quality with a 0 ppm target, this experience is made for you!

Integrated into the company’s cross-functional Quality team, you will actively participate in implementing the company’s Quality strategy through several improvement projects:

Theme 1: Artificial intelligence applied to FMEA

You will contribute to continuing a project aimed at using artificial intelligence to improve the efficiency and relevance of FMEA analyses.

An initial exploratory work having been carried out, the internship’s objective will be to continue and finalise this approach by relying on existing FMEAs and our Knowledge Management to facilitate the initiation of new analyses, which will then be validated and finalised by the teams.

Main activities:

• Utilise existing FMEAs and the knowledge capitalised in our Knowledge Management.
• Continue developing the use of artificial intelligence to initiate relevant FMEAs.
• Test and evaluate the relevance of the generated results.
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to finalising the approach.
• Collaborate with Quality engineers and the software publisher to evolve the solution.
• Participate in defining the conditions allowing the use of this approach by the Quality teams.

Theme 2: Evolution of statistical analysis tools and SPC

You will contribute to the evolution of our standards and statistical analysis tools to adapt them to new requirements and support their deployment among users.

Main activities:

• Analyse the evolution of the SPC standard and assess its impact on Sonceboz tools and practices.
• Identify necessary adaptations and contribute to updating the associated standards.
• Support users in adopting these changes.
• Participate in the transition of the Ellistat statistical analysis software from its desktop version to its web version, in collaboration with the publisher.

Adapt the standards and associated training materials to the new version.

• Support users in mastering and deploying the new Ellistat environment.
