Responsibilities:
Co-responsibility for the outpatient psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment of patients with the full spectrum of psychiatric disorders
Independent psychiatric specialist care and treatment in the outpatient setting
Work in the day clinic and assume specialist medical tasks
Professional supervision and direct responsibility for the training of assigned assistant psychologists and assistant physicians
Shaping organisational processes and ensuring professional interdisciplinary collaboration
Close cooperation with psychology, nursing and other specialist disciplines
Active participation in the further development of outpatient and day clinic services
Opportunity to contribute and further develop your own professional focus areas
Qualifications:
Specialist title in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or General Internal Medicine; an additional specialisation is advantageous
Professional practice licence for Switzerland or the necessary requirements for obtaining it
Clinical experience in the treatment of psychiatric patients
Enjoyment of outpatient and day clinic psychiatric-psychotherapeutic work
Interest in the professional support and training of assistant physicians and psychologists
Independent, responsible and solution-oriented working style
Strong team and communication skills
High social competence and enjoyment of working in a multiprofessional environment
