As an apprentice food technologist, you will engage in a demanding apprenticeship focused on the industrial production of food. Through your assignments in various areas, you will acquire knowledge over your three years of training in topics such as confectionery production, packaging technologies, and coating processes. You will not only operate large machines but also taste your products, optimise manufacturing processes, and conduct analyses in the laboratory.

This training is right for you if, alongside manual dexterity and a good sense of smell and taste, you also enjoy working with modern production and packaging machines. Combined with an interest in the food industry and handling food, you will be perfectly suited to Ricola.
Additionally, you easily meet the following requirements:
- Completed compulsory schooling (good grades in maths, biology, chemistry, and physics)
- Good sense of smell and taste, attention to cleanliness and hygiene
- Willingness to work flexible hours (from the 2nd year of apprenticeship)
